You’ve done so much to boost the success of ARCO ampm… and now it’s time to return the favor as we welcome you and your guest to sunny, sizzling Hollywood, Florida for ARCO ampm’s 2017 Incentive Trip.

The Diplomat Resort & Spa Hollywood will be your host for four luxurious nights and five fun-filled days. You and your guest will enjoy elegant suite accommodations, world-class dining, a full-service spa, golfing, beachfront pools, and a private marina. We’ll toast your accomplishments at a themed welcome reception, our traditional awards banquet, and a spectacular outdoor dinner event.

Incentive Trip Dates: May 8 ‑ 12, 2017


The Host Company will host one (1) “Viva La Fiesta” trip (departing on May 8, 2017 and returning on May 12, 2017) for each qualifying operation (one per site) and one (1) guest only, sharing one (1) hotel room for 4 nights and 5 days.

The winning trip package will include:

  • Two (2) round-trip airfares to and from the destination, if applicable
  • Two (2) ground-trip transfers to and from the airport to the hotel
  • One (1) hotel room for a 4-night/5-day stay at the Diplomat Resort & Spa Hollywood
  • Two (2) admissions to all sponsored corporate functions:
    Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, and Farewell Dinner

You’ll be the center of attention as you strut the red carpet in your finest formal wear and dance to red-hot rhythms. ¡Muy caliente!

    You’re the star of the show tonight - dress to impress! This will be the signature event of our program, so black-tie formal is highly recommended.

    Who doesn’t love the 80s? Roll up your sleeves, pop your collars, and head down for a MIAMI VICE‑themed blowout that’s all about local flavor and pure excitement. After a gourmet’s banquet of international delicacies and cocktails, we’ll dance the night away to live music, DJ mixes, and an array of spectacular entertainment. This is high-octane 80s nostalgia and memories that are sure to last a lifetime.

    Glam up in your glitziest disco attire — there’s going to be a costume contest for the best ‘80s look!

If you’re planning to bring more than one (1) guest on this incentive trip, please carefully read the important information below.

If you’re bringing additional guests on this trip, it’s very important that you provide all the appropriate information in the Online Registration Form. We cannot guarantee travel, hotel, ground transportation, and dining reservations for guests not registered in advance.

  • Winners are responsible for all extra charges for children and extra guests, such as airfare, ground fares, hotel, etc.
  • One (1) hotel room for two (2) people is included with your trip from Monday, May 8, 2017 to Friday, May 12, 2017. Each additional person in your hotel room will be charged $25 plus tax (maximum of 3 persons per room; no charge for children under the age of 18 when accompanied by an adult)
  • Ground Transfer: You will be charged $60 per additional guest/child who elects to take company-arranged ground transportation
  • Sponsored Functions: Additional guests, other than one (1) winner and one (1) hosted guest, may attend company-sponsored evening functions at the following additional fees:

For extra guests who want a SEPARATE hotel room:

  • All such costs are the responsibility of the winner
  • The number of additional hotel rooms are limited and cannot be guaranteed
  • Connecting/adjoining rooms are limited and cannot be guaranteed
  • The cost of an additional room is $380 per night (all applicable fees included rates subject to change). This price includes two (2) persons in the room, taxes and gratuities


  • Air travel for the winner and a guest will be provided from the city/state of the winning site only. Ground transportation to and from your local airport is not included.
  • Please bring a valid government issued identification for air travel and make sure that your identification is up to date.
  • There may be substantial penalties if you change your flights after approving your itinerary, and these charges will be your responsibility.
  • After you receive your flight information, note the departure time of your flight and plan to check in at your designated airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. In these times of heightened security, arriving early is the best policy.
  • Ground transfers for two (2) will be provided between the airport and the hotel on May 8 and May 12, 2017 only.
